  Service was good. Seemed like my sandwich was lacking on meat though (for the price). Soup is always delicious here.

  Just left there and have to say I am incredibly disappointed. I'll give them a 1 star because the soup is always good, but that's where it ended for me and I have always been a long time customer of Panera where ever I have lived. My complaint is that, yes, I may have ordered the wrong sandwich, or rather, the sandwich I thought it was but they had apparently changed the recipe on it and had no explanation on what came on it. I didn't think to ask because it was named the same thing it had been for years. That being said, I asked for no onion, and apparently the new recipe doesn't come with it on it, but no one thought to tell me what which would have alerted me to my mistake. Once I got the sandwich I was of course disappointed because it wasn't what I thought I had ordered, normally I would have eaten it anyways except this had some odd mixture of cut up olive on it and I can't stand the taste. So I asked the employee who delivered our food if I could switch it out, he was almost reluctant and basically argued with me when I mentioned it had olive which I didn't like, told me at first that it didn't have olive on it and then admitted that he didn't know what the mixture was. How do you not know what is on a sandwich you sell? He didn't seem new, was actually training the girl on the register when we ordered. Eventually he took it back and brought me the same sandwich as my boyfriend which I said would be fine, it was decent but definitely lacking on meat. What really upset me the most was they were talking at the sandwich prep station very loudly about me and the sandwich I ordered, laughing and making fun of me. It was disrespectful and rude. I will never return there, and that saddens me as I love the iced green tea.
