  I ordered a few pizzas and some pasta at 4:52 pm. At 6:02 I called because my max time of 45 minutes had passed to find out where my order was, I was placed on hold then told my order was in route. At 6:45 I called back because it still had not arrived again put on hold for a manager, he got on and proceeded to tell me it was brought back because they couldn't find me. I said I had called earlier and was told it was on its way so why did no one call me? So he asked the driver who I heard say she called me and I didn't answer. I told him that's not true I have a cell phone which logs all my calls and that I had my phone in my hand the whole time and no one called. He just said sorry , and what would like me to do? I can remake it and send you out another one.i said your the manager and driver just told you a lie and since I had already called once before looking for it why did no one or yourself call me to let me know this information? Especially since it shows I had already called about it? Again sorry I can make the order again and send it out. No discount or anything offered. I told him that is poor hospitality and even worse business manners. I will never again order from here. I as a manger would always offer a discount or the meal on us especially after waiting and hour and forty five minutes!! Are you kidding me this is how you handle this? The manager told me his name was Bobby and I told him I would contact corporate and let them know sorry doesn't cut it. Awful business ediquette.. just sad leadership as a manager or how to handle conflict especially when it's your error. Had I not called I would of waited all night. They don't care about their customers and proper business morals..
