  The hosts, there were about three, were all too busy helping one customer find a dontation box to help my family. When one finally realized we had been standing there, she took us back to a table, that was dirty and sticky with dried ketchup and syrup on it. She gave us a high chair that was also dirty. When I asked for her to get a rag for the high chair, she did, quickly, but only barely wiped the table then went and talked to the table next to us for about ten minutes while my family and I waited for our server. She arrived maybe ten more minutes after that. I watched as three other tables were sat and greeted before my family even saw our server. Needless to say, I'd rather not waste my money on this establishment. What makes this whole situation worse, this is the second time I tried this exact restaurant, the first time our food was actually cold, thinking perhaps the first time it was a fluke. Bad timing. Not true, it is a pattern with this restaurant and I hope you choose somewhere else to enjoy a meal.

  The server was nice. Food was crap I mean how does a place like this stay in business? Come in at 10pm get burnt pancakes as in crunchy on the bottom. order toast with the meal to some how get three triangles like a server ganked one slice??? and don't even get the toast till we are done eating and the eggs are ice cold? Got 4 servers huddling around computers and not even working tables. People wonder why they don't get tipped if you don't make sure the order is accurate before you take it to the customer why should you?
